Incorporated in August 2000, by sports loving volunteers. WISA organises adventure sports events. Special expertise in Motor Sports, hence, major activity. Motorsports is all about Speed, Glamour, Passion, Revenue Generation, Wide Publicity. There are different levels of Motorsports - F1, WRC, APRC, INRC - and WISA as of now organizes one of the 7 rounds of the Indian National Rally Championship.

The main objectives of the association are:

• To sponsor and organize the sports of every kind in different parts of the country and to hold the sport at different levels like Local, Regional, State, National, International events.
• To affiliate with other Clubs and Associations.
• To solicit and secured the Government patronage and active support for holding sports and to persuade Government to provide all requisite facilities.
• To invite competitors from other states, Abroad to take part in events organized by the company.
• To enlist the cooperation of Institute devoted to the various sports in the Country or Abroad and seek whatever available assistance, guidance from them.
• And give necessary to enlist the cooperation to the individual teams, professionals devoted to the sports assistance and guidance to them.
• To provide and maintain clubhouse, stadiums, tracks, field’s etc. and provide facilities and amenities required for the various sports.
• To get associated with the other clubs, Associations, Institutions, Federation or Companies having objects wholly or in partly similar to the object of the company.
• To print and publish bulletins, newspapers, books, pamphlets, posters, circulars, periodicals etc. may be considered desirable for the promotion of or carrying out of any of the objects of the company.
• To collect subscription and other payment from members and borrowers or raise funds required for the purpose of the company upon such terms and in such manners and upon such security, if any, as may be determined by the Executive Committee and generally to obtain funds for the objects of the company in any law full manner and to invest, apply or deal with the same in such manner as may be considered most desirable for giving effects to such objects.
• To accept and to give any buckets, gifts or donation whatsoever (whether of money or property of any description) and to apply the same or the sale proceeds or realization thereof for the purposes of the Company or to invest the same or such proceeds and apply the income arising therefrom for any of the purposes of the Company.
• To establish, promote or assist in establishing or promoting or to subscribe to or become a member or affiliate with any other Club, Society, Institution, Association or Company whose objects are similar or in part similar to the object of this company or the establishment or promotion of which may be beneficial to this company.
• To purchase, take over or otherwise acquire and undertake all or any part of the property, assets, liability and engagements of any one or more of the Clubs, Society, Association, Institution or Companies.
• To transfer all or any part of the property, assets, liability and engagements of this company to any one or more of the Clubs, Societies, Association, Institution or Companies.
• To purchase, take on lease or hire or otherwise acquire and to manage or assists in the management of any movable or immovable property or rights or privileges necessary or expedient or beneficial for the furtherance of the object of the Company.
• To sell, improve, manage, develop, lease and mortgage, dispose of or otherwise deal with all or any part of the property of the company whether movable or immovable.
• To secure the cooperation and the support of the similar Organizations, Associations or Bodies in other States or Countries for the purpose of achieving the above objects. Provided that the company shall not support with its funds or endeavor to impose on, or procure to observe by its members or others, any regulation or restrictions which, if an object of the company, would make it trade union.
